JCBO Methodology & Index Design

We separate public data, fixed scoring structure, AI interpretation, counter-evidence and historical records so the investment-environment index can be reviewed later.

TRANSPARENT METHODOLOGY

Do not ask users to trust the score—make it verifiable

The JCBO index is not an “AI feeling.” It separates observable data, fixed weighting, market interpretation and counter-risk.

Fixed framework

The headline index combines FX Entry at 40%, Property Value & Income at 30%, and Exit & Macro at 30%.

Data vs. interpretation

Observed FX, price and rent data are kept distinct from AI interpretation and scenario analysis.

Counter-evidence

Each analysis presents adverse factors and risks, not only evidence supporting the headline conclusion.

Auditability

analysis_id, observation time, raw JSON, sources and historical scores are retained for later review.

FORMULA

Headline index formula

TOTAL = FX × 0.40 + PROPERTY × 0.30 + EXIT/MACRO × 0.30
40%FX Entry Advantage
30%Property Value & Income
30%Exit & Macro Outlook
DAILY PROCESS

How a daily index is produced

  1. 1

Verify current public data and observation times

  2. 2

Score the three components under fixed rules

  3. 3

Calculate the headline score at 40/30/30

  4. 4

Use AI to organize reasons, counterpoints and scenarios

  5. 5

    Validate numerical consistency across JA/ZH/EN

  6. 6

Store sources, raw JSON and index history

WHAT WE SCORE

Seven scoring lenses

FX position0–100
FX momentum0–100
Foreign purchasing power0–100
Property prices0–100
Rent & income0–100
Exit environment0–100
Market sentiment0–100
LIMITATIONS

What the index does not claim

  • The index measures the investment environment, not a probability of future profit.
  • Scores above 90 should be rare; thresholds should be recalibrated after sufficient real history is accumulated.
  • Policy, tax, legal and financial information must be checked against current authoritative sources at publication.
  • Scenario analysis compares assumptions; it is not an FX or property-price forecast.
AUDIT TRAIL

Keep the historical record

Published scores are retained as time-series data with auditable source JSON so the market view and rationale at that point in time can be reviewed later.
